You agree not to use uBuilder to build or distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content.

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, or access data that is not yours.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the businesses you describe, the content you provide and the sites you publish.

You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload.

Paid plans and usage limits are described on our pricing page and enforced within the product.

Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

We work to keep uBuilder available and secure, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties.

We may update or discontinue features, and will give notice of material changes where practical.

You can stop using uBuilder at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the platform and its users.
